What is SCENAR?

Scenar devices are non-invasive energo-neuro-adaptive regulators of the body’s systems. These devices are intended to stimulate the body’s self-recovery program by using its own “internal pharmacy” of neuropeptides. This enables the body to choose the most appropriate chemical combination for each particular case.

Lately, great popularity has been associated with the medicine-free methods of treatment that would help our body to fight diseases in the most natural way and considerably reduce or even exclude drug taking at all.

There is a wide spread of instruments that effect the organism with electric signals of a certain form, length and power. However, most of them proved to be not very effective, due to the lack of monitoring the organism’s reaction to electrical stimulation.

By existence of “a dialogue” between the body and the device itself (true bio- feedback) the SCENAR (Scenar, Prologue) are referred to as peculiar devices, namely electro-neuro-regulators, which generate every new stimulating pulse according to the body’s response to the previous one. This stimulates the body’s maximum responsive reaction, which very often cannot be achieved by any other customary and widespread electrostimulators.

The latest achivements in biophysics, physiology and reflexotherapy have assisted in developing new original energo-neuro-adaptive-receptor therapy (SCENAR) devices used for body’s pathology diagnostics, physiotherapeutical treatment and rehabilitation. They are:

  • SCENAR (Self-Controlled Energo-Neuro-Adaptive Regulator) and
  • Neurotropic bio-controlled energo-regulation therapy.Devices are intended for users at large: from housewives to highly professional medical specialists.

About the Founder

I was introduced to Tim by my good friend Dr. Jeff Marrongelle back in 2007. I spent a lot of time conversing with Tim Tim Smith who is a man of fascinating interest. Through fortunate circumstance, Tim Smith is the founder and principal designer of Avazzia technology He has had decades of engineering design experience and success at Texas Instruments before starting the Avazzia medical devices company.

“I’ve been an inventor and design engineer all my life,” Smith says. “I retired from TI but my brain didn’t retire. I met someone who was being treated for foot pain because of diabetes and who was worried about amputation. I could immediately see in my brain how to design a product to make treatment better and more effective.”

What has evolved is the Avazzia product line that includes the BEST line of hand-held devices, available by prescription and cleared by the FDA for noninvasive, non-pharmaceutical long-lasting pain relief.

While at TI, Smith’s products included the logic chips that assisted the Apollo lunar modules to safely land on the Moon and return to Earth; technology used extensively in military jets, including the F-14, F-15, B1 and B2; and micro-technology that transformed the telecom industry. Smith also invented the chips used to develop the first Apple computer and IBM PC.

Avazzia’s Best Electro-Stimulation Technology (BEST)

BEST technology, developed by Avazzia’s CEO Tim Smith produces microcurrent electrical impulses, which are transmitted by electrodes in the device through the skin to communicate with the body’s nervous system. BEST products are controlled by a high-performance microcomputer chip, which uses Avazzia proprietary software

These hand-held devices are FDA-cleared for the symptomatic relief and management of chronic, intractable pain and adjunctive treatment in the management of post-surgical and post-traumatic pain (available by prescription only). These noninvasive neuro-stimulation devices allow patients to take control of their pain management.

Avazzia BEST (Best Electro-Stimulation Technology) products feature a tissue reaction response indication, making them superior to traditional TENS units. BEST products work on different neural paths than a traditional TENS.

Healthcare providers – including physicians, dentists, chiropractors, physical therapists and athletic trainers – use these devices for their own pain management and with their patients.

Patients with diabetes use Avazzia BEST technology to manage pain connected with neuropathy; dental patients use Avazzia products to manage pain after tooth extractions; athletes – including college and professional athletes – use Avazzia BEST products to reduce pain associated with rehab and after injuries. When used with a pencil- or Y-electrode, Avazzia BEST products can be used on acupuncture points.

Avazzia has strategic alliances with research foundations and medical schools in Malaysia, Romania, Taiwan and the United States to perform clinical studies with BEST products. Avazzia has relationships with domestic and international distributors, clinics and professionals to market its products.

Avazzia was founded in January 2004 and incorporated in Texas in May 2004. All Avazzia BEST products are manufactured and serviced at Avazzia corporate headquarters in Texas.

Somatic Biofeedback prevents neurological habituation and accommodation, for more effective pain management. Develops neurological habituation and accommodation, which severely limits effectiveness of pain management.
Effectiveness of treatment last several hours after application. Effectiveness often stops when treatment ends.
